Refund Policy

1. Return period

You may return any Hardero order within 14 calendar days of the date you receive delivery, for any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (applicable to EU-based customers) and consistent with Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.

2. Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return: (a) you must notify us within 14 days of receipt at info@wristllmuscleir.world with your order reference; (b) the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused or minimally used; (c) the return must be dispatched within 14 days of your notification.

3. Refund process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not charge restocking fees. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

4. Non-returnable items

Products that have been fully consumed, damaged by the customer, or returned after the 14-day period (outside statutory rights) are not eligible for a refund under this policy.

5. Faulty or damaged products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wristllmuscleir.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, consistent with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
